We provide high quality lessons which require some time of preparation and internal organization. In exchange, we ask you to follow these simple rules:
All the lessons must be paid in advance. You can distribute them within the following months. There is no deadline.
Changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance via email to email@example.com and NOT via Skype.
Changes or cancellations sho be communicated before 8 pm of the day before the lesson. Otherwise, that lesson will be charged, unless there is a medical or family emergency.
Delays of more than 15 minutes will be considered cancellations.
